Enterprise Architecture (EA) training courses are often aimed at gaining certification. They may not provide the practical tips and hands-on exercises necessary to fully understand the techniques and tools or how to use them effectively.

The Enterprise Architecture Foundation workshop is designed to fill that gap. It covers all of the key enterprise architecture techniques. Giving just enough of the background and theory,  it concentrates on developing your skills and experience through demonstrations and exercises. You will quickly master the techniques, and then apply them to deliver the outcomes and results that your enterprise wants. The focus is on the essential elements required to deliver results-driven EA programmes, tailored to meet your requirements. It clearly explains everything through real-life case studies, interactive exercises, worked examples, and demonstrations, describing the process for delivering results.

Roger Evernden is a highly experience trainer, mentor and coach. He has been engaged in some of the most significant enterprise architecture programmes since 1984, and brings a wealth of tips, guidelines, anecdotes and advice.

While the focus is on Enterprise Architecture, this course also explains the relationship between the constituent architectures (such as Business Architecture, Information Systems Architecture – Data Architecture & Application Architecture, and Technology Architecture), and shows how each contributes to managing architectural evolution.
