Business Consultant / Architect - London - c£50k + Package
Glue Reply are looking for a Business Consultant / Architect who is actively seeking to take the next step in their career to come and join one of the UK's most respected Architecture consultancies. We are offering the opportunity to become a Solution Architect in our retail consulting practise, and our development scheme offers all the necessary mentorship and training that will help you realise this goal.
We are looking for consultants with experience of working with customers and senior client stakeholders to gather requirements, document processes and design solutions to meet the business needs. In return we are offering an excellent opportunity to be mentored by senior Solution and Enterprise Architects, benefit from industry leading training and external qualifications (such as TOGAF certification) in order that you can grow into a strong and capable Solution Architect with the ability to deliver tangible value and a real difference to our customers.

Required skills and knowledge:
· At least 4-7 years' experience as a business analyst or junior consultant / architect
· Excellent stakeholder engagement skills with a high quality of written and spoken English
· Demonstrable experience of gathering requirements, documenting business processes (as-is and to-be), writing design documentation
· A background within a consulting organisation OR significant industry experience in the retail or telecommunications sectors would be preferable
· Genuine motivation to develop into a credible Solution Architect
