Business Architecture Analyst to join our team in Bloomington, Illinois.
Qualifications:
IT professional with a background in developing and supporting business architecture within a large enterprise IT Department. The individual selected for this position will work within our client's Enterprise Performance Management and Analytics (EPMA) team to provide guidance, direction, expertise and create/update deliverable related to enterprise business architecture.
Key EPMA Business Architect Responsibilities include:
- Facilitates the rigorous identification and documentation of business architecture by participating in a variety of activities to meet EPMA's and client's needs, including:
o Gathering information
o Analyzing business needs
o Coordinating and executing the transition and ongoing management of business architecture
- Provides support of business architecture vision and direction, providing communication and education
- Develops execution level architecture and communicates business needs to execution efforts
- Works with business partners from multiple development centers/business areas to reach agreement for future state direction
- Understands and communicates current state and future state architecture
- Develops and transitions business architecture to the execution efforts
- Engages appropriate audiences in the development/review of architecture including business partners, sponsors, system partners, and testing
- Works with architects across development centers and product teams to develop integrated architecture
- Effectively shares requirements with multiple development centers/business areas
- Assists the department in defining and developing business cases
- Effectively utilizes MS Office applications and business architecture tools
- Understands business architecture standards established by Enterprise Architecture in order to produce quality artifacts
